Can’t say it enough, hands down the best barbers in the Frisco area. Been looking for this level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and quality for awhile until I found Maydee. My son and I are locked in!! ☺️. I’ve had the pleasure to get a trim from Jorge as well when my barber was out, so I can vouch for him too. The quality of haircut the other barbers give their clients is visually unmatched in my opinion, people are always walking out looking their best no matter the ethnic background. Give them try, you just might get locked in too!

Evolve is the place you go when you not only want but need to look good. Maydee is my barber and she is impeccable with my hair. As a guy with longer hair she keeps me free of split ends and shaves me to perfection on the sides. My hair has never looked better and it’s all thanks to Maydee and the time and care she takes every time on me.

Best barbershop in DFW! Manny has been cutting my son’s hair since he was 3. He’s always been attentive to detail and is so patient with him. My kiddo looks forward to his haircuts every time.

Been taking my son for a year or so ... he loves haircut time ... Ms. Erica makes him look and feel like a million bucks. Also, shout out to Jorge and Lishe' who have pinched hit for Erica from time to time. Taking my 6-year-old takes me back to the days of when my dad took me to the barber. When I walk into that shop its 3 people me, my son and my dad in spirit. Its special.

Manny is one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to, and Evolve has a great vibe. Talking with Manny while he’s cutting is always a good time — he has immaculate attention to detail and so much pride in his work that he’s not letting you leave unless you look good. As the owner, you can tell he genuinely cares about excellence in his shop, and that standard carries through to every barber on the team. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing job from Lishe! She absolutely killed it with her work and recreated the vision. The whole staff was sweet and kind and we will definitely be going back!

Maydee is my barber and she KILLS it everytime. I had an insane hair-do my first appointment and she was able to fix it and style it to where my hair grew in a more organized way again. She cares a lot about her work and always has you leaving FRESH. 10/10

If you need a beard trim, Aidan is the man to do it. First time we met he asked what I wanted and boy did he deliver. He is thorough, takes his time, and produces clean looks. His attention to detail is why I keep coming back.

Amazing! I haven't changed barbers in over 2 years but decided to switch it up and they did not dissapoint! If you make a reservation online they get to you on time and the vibes are immaculate. Carlos was super thorough with what I wanted and walked step by step with me to make me feel comfortable since I was anxious about trying a new barber. Would reccomend 100%!

Randi literally gave me the best hair cut I've ever had in my 35 years. The whole store is a very nice vibe. It's a true barbershop atmosphere. Highly recommend going to evolve for your transformation

I got braids from Lishe’ and it was a great experience from start to finish. She’s professional, fast, and really pays attention to detail. The shop is a one-stop shop she braids, cuts, perms, and does it all.

This is definitely the place to go for a haircut or style. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

The attention to detail and care with a simple cut was awesome. I couldn't be happier with the results and will 100% be coming back!!!! 



Kaela is an absolute angel and so incredibly talented. If you like an alternative look for your hair you have to book with her!! She is so incredibly kind and professional. You can tell she truly loves what she does. My experience was nothing short of perfect and I can attribute that all to her!!!

Kaela gave me the baby bangs of my dreams! It's a barbershop, but they take care of women's haircuts too, and I didn't feel out of place at all.



My new go to barber shop since moving back to Dallas after 3 years. Dom is my barber and she does a fantastic job at my low taper fade. I hear there are some opinions on the price but I personally can't put a price on reassurance and knowing I have a consistent and reliable haircut that gets done the way I want everytime!

Lishe’ is hands-down one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. Her cuts are consistently sharp, clean, and exactly what I ask for—every single time. Beyond her skill with the clippers, she’s incredibly personable and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment feel more like catching up with a friend than just getting a haircut.

She’s also reliable and professional—always prepared and always focused on making sure her clients leave happy. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her craft and her clients, Lishe’ is it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place! A loyal customer for over a year. My entire family (with all different hair types and textures) are happy clients. I went today for the first time after seeing several videos on TikTok. I booked a haircut with Lishé and she was amazing! So kind and friendly, pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable, and gave me some great tips for my dry scalp. Not to mention she gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. The salon was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be booking with Lishé again!

Randi is wonderful. My son has never liked getting his hair cut, but she makes the whole experience so easy for him. She listens, takes her time, and really works with him to find what fits best. He actually asked to go back, which says everything. We’re so glad we found her! Not to mention the barbershop itself is a pretty dope looking place.



Erica is fantastic! She’s incredibly professional and knows exactly how to cut curly hair. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut. I’m so happy with the results and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled stylist!



Evolve is amazing all the stylist are awesome. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Manny is the one who cuts my hair he does an awesome job. Everytime I leave I look fresh. Definitely recommend people to come here

Absolutely love Randi! I, a mom of 2 boys who knows nothing about boy hair styles and what they are called, went to Randi with the best description I could come up with and example photos. She took the time to tell me if certain styles worked with my kids hair types/textures or suggested what would work. Gave them excellent cuts and then showed them how to style their own hair too!!!!! Would recommend 10000000%

I came here recently for a haircut from Kaela, drove all the way from Grand Prairie early in the morning and was not disappointed!! She did an amazing job, was very kind, conversational and knowledgeable about products. I used a product she recommended me and my hair instantly looked and felt better than it has in over a year!!!

Maydee is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. Her customer service is top-notch—she makes you feel comfortable and really listens to what you want. The way she cuts hair is pure skill, and I always walk out feeling fresh and confident. She’s amazing at what she does, worth every dollar, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I had been excited to visit this barber shop and it did not disappoint! Everyone was really friendly, and the energy was great. My appointment was with Kaela. She's very attentive, asks lots of questions and is so informative when it comes to the coloring process. I have super curly hair, and she gave me one of the best cuts I've had in a really long time. Can't wait to go back!

Great vibe and welcoming atmosphere. Kaela does an amazing job with my medium-length natural hair, and I love that they offer a dry-cut option. My husband sees Dom for his barber, and he’s equally happy. The whole team here has incredible skill and creativity — every stylist and barber brings their own unique talent, and the results are always beautiful.

I am writing this review within minutes of getting home after getting my cut and colour done by Kaela. She did an amazing job, exactly as i had described. She is a lovely person and is extremely talented!

I get my haircut and colored by Kaela here at Evolve - she is seriously the BEST! I come in with vague ideas and she knows what questions to ask to figure out what I actually want and she does such a fantastic job. I've also done the head spa treatment she offers and it is sooo nice and relaxing - plus my hair and scalp felt great afterwards. If I could give Kaela and Evolve more than 5 stars I would!!

The service here is unmatched!!! The whole team is friendly and had good energy. You’re greeted as soon as you enter the shop! I didn’t have to wait for my appointment because my barber was ready for me as soon as I got there. Carlos took great care of me. You can tell the team really gets along by the way they interact with each other. I got highlights done by Carlos and he was fantastic! He held great conversation during my service and made me feel more like a friend than a client. I will 100% be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone I know!

Always a great experience. Every Barber in the shop is extremely polite and professional, and the shop is always clean. Lishé and Dom are both amazing barbers, and Lishé always has braids looking nice and fresh.

Manny is the best! no question. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. His cuts are always clean, consistent, and on point. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Manny!

Randi is absolutely fantastic! I was initially hesitant about letting someone new cut my hair, but she completely exceeded my expectations. She's not only sweet and knowledgeable but also incredibly skilled at delivering the exact haircut I wanted. As if that wasn't enough, I also trusted her to do ear and nose hair waxing, and she did a great job. I highly recommend Randi for her expertise and excellent service!

I’ve hated haircuts forever but walking in here it’s easy to know ur gonna get a good haircut and walk out confident! Especially if you can get Erika, she’s got a great schedule and does stupidly good work! Very impressed.

Kaela is the only person I trust with my hair! I have curly/wavy hair and she always cuts my hair in a way that looks great both natural and styled! I’ve also gotten highlights done by her as well and they were perfect.

Kaela and Dom always do a fantastic job with our haircuts! It was my first time with a barber, so I was nervous, on top of getting a completely new style, but Dom listened to what I wanted and it’s the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! My fianceé usually goes with Kaela and always feels so welcomed and listened to. She’s always very happy with the recommendations Kaela provides and she’s amazing at dying our hair too! Evolve as a whole has made us feel so welcomed and we will absolutely be returning.

Been coming here since this spot opened. Erica consistently does an amazing job! This shop is super clean, and the vibe is amazing. Everyone is so amazing and nice! 

We have been using Maydee for about a year and a half and she has been great for my boys! She listens and is able to decipher what they mean and achieve what it is they want. So much in fact the hubby started to see her now too. She has been a great fit for us. Evolve is a new Barber Shop that has so many talented Barbers and Stylists to meet all of your needs.
