NO-SHOW/LATE POLICY

Our cut-off time for late appointments is 10 minutes and we require a 12 hour minimum notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. No shows and late arrivals will result in 100% of the service being charged to the card on file. Our barbers operate on time-based appointments that run back to back, so anything over 10 minutes would set them behind for their other clients. The

no-show fee protects our barbers' income, as they depend mostly on appointments.

We take pride in what we do and we are committed to providing quality service to every client, so time is crucial!

If you are ever running late to your appointment or need to cancel last minute, please call us at 972-565-5288, as sometimes accommodations can be made.

Do you guys accept walk ins?

We accept both walk ins and appointments! Booking an appointment will lock in a spot at a designated time slot, while walk ins are on a first come first serve basis and not always available. There may be a wait for walk ins, but we will do our best to get you in as fast as possible! It's always better to book an appointment to ensure that you have a secured spot!
Do you guys do bald fades?

Yes, at Evolve Barber Shop we do bald fades, razor fades, tapers, beards, and every other barbering service! Every barber on our team is skilled in all hair types and textures.
What if I don't know what haircut I want?

If you are unsure of what type of haircut you want, our team can help! Part of our expertise as barbers includes knowing which haircuts fit specific hair textures, densities, and head shapes! Our team is happy to help you find the right haircut and style that fits your lifestyle!
